More moved remains found at Burr Oak

December 3, 2009 Burr Oak was closed for nearly four months after four workers there were charged in a scheme to dig up bodies and resell the plots.

The cemetery reopened last month. On separate occasions while digging new graves, caskets were found at two sites, and bones were found at another.

Officials say they can't identify the remains or even tell when they were buried. But they suspect it may have been in the 1930s.

Cook County Sheriff Tom Dart says for now all burials should be stopped.
