Caprese Salad Skewers

Recipe by: Chef Julius Russell 1 pack 6 inch bamboo skewers
2 pints grape tomatoes or cherry tomatoes split in half
½ lb. Baby Mozzarella
1 Gourmè Mist Extra Virgin Olive Oil Mister
1 Gourmè Mist Barrel Aged Balsamic Vinegar Mister
7 large basil leaves cut into thin strips
Salt and black pepper

Instructions

Place 1 baby mozzarella on the skewer followed by a tomato and then another baby mozzarella followed by another tomato and place on a plate

Continue to do so until either the tomato or mozzarella runs out

While on the plate spray liberally with the oil and balsamic Season with salt and pepper and garnish with the basil
