Fans compete for 'Ultimate Couch Potato' title

January 3, 2010 (CHICAGO) The goal of the contest was to see who could watch the most continuous hours of televised sports. It started on Friday with four contestants, and it was still in progress Sunday night with two people remaining, including last year's champ Jeff Miller.

Miller sat for 39 hours last year, and was going for his third win this time around.

The winner must remain seated and awake, bathroom breaks are only permitted every eight hours.
