Police say the victim was able to escape the vehicle by jumping out, at which point two Good Samaritans helped her to safety.
The offender is described as a black man, possibly in his 40s, 5'10"-6'2", medium build , approximately 200 lbs. with black hair, small braids, brown eyes, a goatee and dark complexion. The kidnapper was last seen wearing a red baseball cap and red jacket with a gold chain.
