Police say Mary Maddox walked away from a residence on the 4000-block of North Kedvale in Chicago and did not return.
Maddox suffers from Dementia and may be wearing a salt and pepper colored jacket or a green jacket, possibly a muti-colored scarf and black sunglasses with white rims. She walks with a slight limp.
Maddox also has a condo in the 1300-block of North Clark but has been living on North Kedvale for the last year.
