A Naperville man who was put in jail for throwing an egg at a DuPage County judge last week is back behind bars for failing to pay child support.

Agim Demiri's sentence is now open-ended, but the 40-year-old will go back before Judge Timothy McJoynt next Tuesday. Last week, Demiri threw an egg at McJoynt, which missed and hit a wall. The judge then ordered him held in contempt of court.

The judge will allow Demiri out of his cell to look for a job.
