July 17, 2010 (CHICAGO) Boe Eng, 43, is charged with theft and unauthorized use of trademarks.

Police say they recovered 1,700 pairs of shoes worth more than $162,000, including counterfeit Air Jordans and Air Force One styles.

Police say Eng sold them at a store called E Pretty Inc. on West Roosevelt. The shoes reportedly were available to selected customers who were instructed to knock at the rear door three times.
