Jeff Kurze, 35, was on dialysis for two years and told it would be a 3-5 year wait for an organ. His wife, Roxy, decided they had nothing to lose and posted their story on Facebook.
That same day, 25-year-old Ricky Cisco, a complete stranger, changed their lives and responded.
Both men are Type O, and the successful transplant took place in suburban Detroit last week.
