1/2 tsp Sea Salt
1/4 tsp Ground cracked pepper
3 tbsp Italian extra virgin olive oil
3 tbsp Balsamic Vinegar
2 tsp Drizzled Balsamic Reduction
1/2 tsp Finely-Chopped Curly Parsley
Toss zucchini, yellow squash, eggplant, red onion, greens, peppers, mushrooms, garlic, asparagus in salt, pepper, olive oil and balsamic vinegar. Grill mixture. Top with balsamic reduction and parsley.
