CHILL with Food and Wine For Charity

November 6, 2011 LuxeHome, the world's largest collection of premier boutiques for home building and renovation, hosts CHILL, an international wine and culinary event in cooperation with Wine Spectator at the Merchandise Mart. It features more than 45 top Chicago-area chefs and 150 premium wines.

CHILL will benefit the Respiratory Health Association of Metropolitan Chicago, Chicago Youth Symphony Orchestras and The Lynn Sage Foundation. There will also be a silent auction featuring wine and restaurant packages.

Kate Flaherty with LuxeHome was in our ABC7 studio to tell us all about CHILL. With her was Chef Chris Macchia with Coco Pazzo, one of the restaurants that will be featured at CHILL. Chef Macchia gave us a live cooking preview and made delicious braised beef short ribs.
