Nicko Grayson, 17, is charged with three counts of first degree murder in Saturday's shooting near 87th and King.
Chanda Thompson was picking up a birthday cake for her 2-year-old daughter at Piece of Cake bakery when shots rang out. She was killed along with her boyfriend Shawn Russell and their friend C Cortez Champion.
Police have not revealed a motive for the shootings.
