16 oz Ground Beef
one-half Chopped Yellow Onion
2 tbsp Worshestershire Sauce
1 cup Panko (Japanese Bread Crumbs)
1 tsp Black Pepper

Sautee the yellow onions until translucent, and set them aside to cool down.
Start cooking rice.
Combine ground beef, worchestshire, panko, garlic powder, 1 egg, salt, pepper and mix well.
When caramelized onions are room temperature, add to other ingredients; mix well.
Make 4 equally-sized patties, cook in a pan, and keep warm in the oven until ready to plate.
Heat gravy over stove top, and keep warm.
Fry 4 eggs sunny side up.

Place the rice on the bottom of the plate.
Place the patty on top of rice.

Cover with gravy, and top with an egg.
Finish with a garnish of chopped scallions.
