(Makes 6 Turkey Wings)

Seasoning Mix for Turkey Wings
- 1 1/2 Tb Salt
- 1 tsp Black Pepper
- 1 tsp Garlic Powder
- 1 tsp Poultry Seasoning
- 1/2 tsp Onion Powder
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Combine all ingredients.
Sprinkle mix over both sides of turkey wings.
Roast in a deep pan for 45 minutes or until brown.

Sauce for Turkey Wings
- 4 oz Butter
- 4 oz Diced Onions
- 5 oz Diced Celery
- 1 tsp Thyme
- 1 tsp Black Pepper
- 7 Tb Flour
- 6 c Turkey Stock (may substitute with Chicken Stock or Chicken Base)
- 2 c Hot Milk
Saute onions and celery in melted butter for 5 minutes.
Add thyme and black pepper and cook for 1 minute.
Add flour and cook for 5 minutes- stirring occasionally.
Slowly whisk stock into vegetable mixture.
Simmer for 20 minutes.
Strain mixture (optional).
Add milk and stir.
Pour sauce over turkey wings, cover and cook for 1 hour or until tender.
