Rev. Jackson: Jackson, Jr. will return at his pace

July 9, 2012 (CHICAGO)

"He is under medical supervision to regain his strength," Rev. Jackson said. "At an appropriate time he'll share with the public that which he feels they should have."

Reverend Jackson made his comments Monday night at an anti-violence event.

Jesse Jackson Jr. has been on leave from the house since last month when he cited exhaustion.

Last week, the congressman's office said he is seeking treatment for both physical and emotional ailments.
