But you don't have to wait until the show to meet a sailor. Navy Week starts on Monday, August 13! It commemorates the Bicentennial of the War of 1812. Lt. Cmdr. Michael Kerley, Navy City Outreach Officer here in Chicago, visited our ABC7 studio to tell us what you can experience during Navy Week.
