Albuquerque candy shop sells meth-like candy inspired by 'Breaking Bad'

August 21, 2012 (ALBUQUERQUE, N.M.)

In the show, a chemistry teacher becomes a crystal meth dealer.

Debbie Hall, known as "the candy lady," decided to become a dealer of her own kind. She is selling meth-inspired candy.

It's just crushed up colored rock candy, but she says tourists are eating it up.

Hall admits that crystal meth is not the best thing to replicate. She says she has sold several hundred bags at $1 apiece.
