Alberto Rangel, 38, has been charged with a felony sex offense charge after police claim he tried to strike up an illicit relationship with a girl on November 7th.
The girl was walking to school when police say Rangel pulled up next to her, tried to give her his number and told her to call him. She told personnel at school about the incident and they notified authorities.
Rangel was arrested after a police sting operation.
