The bank says in a court filing Frehley stopped paying his $735,000 mortgage in 2011. Tax authorities say Frehley also owes two years' worth of taxes, or about $18,000. Frehley's assistant did not respond to a request for comment.
Born Paul Daniel Frehley and raised in the Bronx, the 61-year-old played with Kiss from 1973-1982 then returned for reunion tours in 1996 and 2002.
Frehley released his latest solo album, "Anomaly," in 2009.
