Ride Ataxia

July 7, 2013 7:55:19 AM PDT
On Sunday, July 21, 2013, a special bike ride helps those dealing with Friedreich's Ataxia. It's a rare neuromuscular disease that affects about one in 50,000 people worldwide, and there's no cure for it.

Emily Young, 17, from Gibson City, Ill., came into our ABC7 studio with her mother, Becky Young, to tell us about the "Ride Ataxia" and how Emily is dealing with the disease.
