Chicago's City Council approved a $10 million settlement in a case linked to former police commander Jon Burge on Wednesday.

Eric Caine spent 25 years in prison for a double murder he did not commit after being beaten into a confession.

This settlement is one of the biggest for Burge's alleged torture victims.

Those settlements now add up to nearly $70 million.
