Add a little luxury to your morning omelet with lobster and rich hollandaise sauce.

Chef Bob Zrenner of the Hubbard Inn shows us how you can make it for breakfast.

RECIPE: Lobster Omelet

Ingredients:

    4 eggs
    1 oz heavy cream
    4 oz lobster meat
    2 oz cooked mushrooms
    1 oz raw spinach
    Salt and Pepper to taste
    2 oz Hollandaise

Preparation:

1. Beat eggs with cream

2. Cook in non stick pan

3. Layer in remaining ingredients

4. Roll Omelet

5. Top with Hollandaise
