Four years ago, John Bruce was unloading baggage from a United Airlines 747. He worked for the airline for more than 20 years.
The lawsuit alleges he was thrown from a loader and suffered fatal brain injuries.
His wife says the family needed to take legal action against CAV to get answers about what happened.
The family says United Airlines shared information with them all along.
Their lawyer says it's not clear if CAV will appeal the verdict.
