Nature is fighting its way back from underneath a thick coat of snow, and that means you can re-discover plants. There are actually a lot of fun things you can do with them, such as making instruments!

The Garfield Park Conservatory is teaching that in courses for the whole family. Audrey Sherer, Early Childhood and Family Programs Coordinator, joined us live from the Conservatory during our ABC 7 Eyewitness News Saturday Morning to show us what you can learn at the "Plant Party Play Dates - Guiro Heroes" event. A guiro is a popular Latin plant-based instrument.
