Recipe for Garlic Dressing
Prep time: 15 minutes

Yield: 1 cup
½ cup mayonnaise
½ cup sour cream
2 teaspoons cider vinegar
3 garlic cloves, well-minced
1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
1 teaspoon sugar
¼ teaspoon salt
¼ teaspoon white pepper
¼ cup minced assorted fresh herbs (i.e. parsley, chives, cilantro, tarragon, basil)
Milk, as needed
1. Mix all ingredients well together.
2. Add milk until it attains the proper consistency of a salad dressing.
3. Let sit in refrigerator for several hours before serving. The dressing will last for several days covered in the refrigerator.
