River Domes Reopen - City Winery Riverwalk

The Domes have reopened a City Winery Riverwalk! Enjoy food and wine with a view, safely, by making reservations ahead of time and wearing a mask when arriving, walking through the Riverwalk space, speaking with staff and exiting. Domes are thoroughly sanitized between reservations and limited to 90 minutes.

Peppa Pig World of Play- Woodfield Mall, Schaumburg

Here's a great way to have family fun with the pre-school set - Peppa Pig World of Play at Woodfield Mall! Based on the popular children's series, there are 14 interactive areas to explore!

You can crawl through tunnels at Rebecca Rabbit's Underground Adventure or slide down the slide at George's Fort. There's plenty of safety protocol in place - cleanings are in place throughout the day and before each scheduled playtime, limited reservations must be made in advance, everyone 2 and older must wear a mask and there are hand washing and hand sanitizer stations available.

Good Deeds Day - Jewish United Fund of Chicago

On the volunteer beat, the Jewish United Fund of Chicago's Good Deeds Day has turned into a weeklong volunteer event supporting non-profits in Chicago and the Suburbs. Beginning Sunday there will be more than 30 projects, both in person and remote, from packing and delivering meals to donating computers and cell phones. Sign up on the JUF website.

Chicago Latino Film Festival - Chitown Movies Drive-In

And on the movie beat, the 37th Chicago Latino Film Festival is underway virtually, and with special screenings at Chicago's ChiTown Movies Drive-In. Through April 18 you'll be able to see 45 features, 36 shorts and the highly acclaimed documentary Rita Moreno: Just a Girl Who Decided to Go for It. Tickets are available on the festival website.

Museum of Illusions - 25 E. Washington

The Museum of Illusions is one of Chicago's newest cultural gems! With 80 unique exhibits you'll challenge your brain, your perception and defy gravity! You can even become part of a kaleidoscope! Safety protocol includes limited capacity and timed ticketing, mandatory face masks, temperature checks, and one-way and social distancing floor markings.
