ABC 7 Vice President of Community Engagement Diana Palomar moderated this hourlong event celebrating Hispanic Heritage Month. "OUR CHICAGO: VOICES OF THE COMMUNITY" on abc7chicago.com, Thursday, Oct. 7, at 2:00 p.m.
In this week's installment of "Our Chicago: Voices of the Community," the conversation began with the heads of five chambers detailing their work in helping entrepreneurs and business owners elevate their businesses and what they are doing to support local economies. The town hall also illuminated how this Latino leadership is fostering membership diversity in local chambers. In addition, as members of the Illinois Latino Small Business Partnership, they are also helping small businesses recover from pandemic challenges and devise plans to grow and flourish.
