Teachers urge 'no confidence' vote for CEO Duncan
About 20 members of the executive board of the ProActive Chicago Teachers unanimously approved the "no confidence" resolution Feb. 4, said PACT chair Deborah Lynch, former president of the Chicago Teachers Union.
