Also charged with the attempted armed robbery of Little are 21-year-old Jeffery Banks, 20-year-old Andre Allen Richardson Jr., and 18-year-old Devonta McCaw, all of Rock Island.
The 27-year-old Little was shot during the robbery attempt outside his apartment in Moline. Police said they found him in a taxi with a gunshot wound to his abdomen. He was taken to Trinity Medical Center's West Campus in Rock Island, where he died.
