Indiana State Police have reopened southbound lanes of Interstate 65 near Seymour after closing them to remove a jackknifed semi filled with potatoes. Police say the truck wrecked about 4:30 a.m. Friday, blocking one lane of the highway about halfway between Indianapolis and Louisville, Ky.

State police say the highway remains slick because of oil spilled on the pavement.
