Court rejects appeal for cemetery in O'Hare path
CHICAGO The U.S. Supreme Court Friday refused to hear an appeal that moving Saint John's Cemetery would violate the religious rights of the estimated 1,300 people buried there.
The city of Chicago is moving ahead with legal efforts to condemn the site relocate the cemetery and proceed with the airport project.
