A man who spent 26 years in prison for a murder another man confessed to will have to wait at least another month to find out if he will have to face another trial for the crime.Alton Logan's conviction was vacated in April. He is free on bond.

The Illinois Attorney General's Office is trying to decide if Logan will be retried. That decision has been put off until August 12. Logan says he is disappointed a decision has not been made.

He says he is having a hard time finding work as this case drags on.
