Police had been looking for Brasher since July 8th, when he disappeared from a witness room. Brasher's mother told a judge that she got a phone call from a man who said, "I've got your son."
Brasher was arrested on a warrant on charges of robbery and criminal confinement. He also faces a charge of resisting law enforcement.
After Brasher's disappearance, his written deposition was used as evidence and his former cellmate was convicted.
