The jury of six men and six women agreed that he broke a contract with her and should pay.
Shell called it the most difficult thing she's ever had to do.
"Financially, he destroyed me in just a lot of ways, and people shouldn't be allowed to do that. Hopefully, he'll think twice before he does it to someone else," she said.
Shell said she does not plan on celebrating just yet. She's making sure there's no appeal.
