Investigators say Hampton arranged a place, price list and an advertisement for a teenage girl to have sex for money.
The man also is accused of having sex with the girl and taking pornographic pictures of her.

The Daily Herald reports that 25-year-old Robert Hampton is being held in the DuPage County jail and is charged with attempted juvenile pimping, aggravated criminal sexual abuse and child pornography.
