Police warn Barrington Hills residents of break-ins
Officers say three or more men entered a home in the affluent suburb through an open basement window. The men bound and gagged the residents and held them at gunpoint. Then police say the robbers ransacked the home and fled with cash, jewelry and electronic equipment.
