The Sun-Times reports it is funded by a grant from the Tiffany and Company Foundation.
It will be available to rent for weddings and other events, but open to the public at other times.

Thursday, the park district announced plans for a new $1.25 million garden just south of Buckingham Fountain in Grant Park.
