Eating fish could cut kids' eczema risk

The study found, feeding babies as little as one portion of fish before they are nine months old curbed the risk of contracting the skin condition by 25 percent. That's compared with children who never ate it.

Researchers say, while fish in your child's diet appears to be important, they aren't sure exactly why. They believe it must have something to do with its influence on the developing immune system.
