Chicago Bears player Rashied Davis has agreed to provide funding for the distribution of 7,500 child I.D. kits. In recognition, he was presented with the FBI's "Exceptional Service in the Public Interest" award Tuesday.

The kits were scheduled to be handed out at an event at Soldier Field Tuesday night. Inside is an inkless fingerprint and DNA sample kit. The information obtained can help law enforcement in the event of a natural disaster or if a child goes missing.
