Cinnamon Spaghetti Squash

Executive chef Tim Graham of Tru shares a recipe. Ingredients:
  • 1 spaghetti squash
  • ¼ pound butter
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • dash of sea salt

Cut the spaghetti squash in half, and place on a tray. Melt butter, add cinnamon and salt. Pour onto squash. Cook at 350 degrees F for 1 hour, or until soft. Allow the squash to cool. Once cool, take a fork and scrape the flesh, forming the noodles.
