March 11, 2009 (HEBRON, Ind.) The incident took place on South County Road at 250 West and 1000 South in Hebron, Ind. just south of the Kankakee River. The fields were all flooded but the driver thought she was able to cross the road. She did not make it and was stuck halfway between in a Penske rental truck.
