Cook County sheriff's police are now investigating another cemetery after a human bone was found lying on the ground. Investigators say a worker from an outside company found the bone Friday at Mount Glenwood Memory Gardens South Cemetery in Glenwood.

The medical examiner's office has determined the bone is human.

Three people have sued the cemetery, claiming that their relatives' bodies are stacked in graves.

Mount Glenwood's owner says bodies are sometimes buried together if a family requests it. She denies any wrongdoing.
