Ill. sex offender charged with raping 4-year-old
August 2, 2009 (WAUKEGAN, Ill. ) Authorities say Lonnie Bobbitt is held on $1 million bond at the Lake County jail and faces two counts of predatory criminal sexual assault of a child and one count of kidnapping. Waukegan police said Friday that Bobbitt was a friend of the girl's family. Police say he was arrested Tuesday after the girl's mother found her in Bobbitt's bedroom at his home.
