Tolentino and his wife have big medical bills and are barely getting by on Social Security. He was on his way to the Florida Lottery office to pick up his winnings when he stopped to ask for directions and someone overheard him talking, then swiped his ticket.
Luckily the owner from the store where he bought the ticket has a receipt of the lottery claim.
Lottery officials have opened up an investigation and have asked Tolentino to fill out a claim for payment.
