Members of the Guardian Angels were there. They told the audience they were already taking action by attending the meeting.
"You got out of your house. You came out to see what was going on. You're getting involved in what's going on in your community. You're seeing how can you help yourself, how can you help your neighbor, how can you help law enforcement to bring this to an end," said Thomas Hunt, Chicago Guardian Angels.
Police say so far they've linked four different attacks in the lincoln park area to the same attackers.
