Rents range from $530 to nearly $800 dollars a month. Amenities include laundry facilities, free Wi-Fi access and a community garden. Casa Morelos was constructed in partnership with The Resurrection Project.
It's a community-based non-for-profit organization that has developed more than 300 units of affordable housing on Chicago's Southwest Side.
