Tylenol recalls children's, infants' products

September 24, 2009 Johnson and Johnson says some liquid infants' and children's Tylenol could be contaminated with bacteria.

So far, there have been no reports of children getting sick.

The recall includes several lots of 21 liquid Tylenol products. All were manufactured between April and June of 2008.
