One of Kiddieland's owners says they had a signed contract with a buyer that defaulted.
Kiddieland closed last month after providing entertainment to countless children since it opened in 1929.
There will now be an auction on November 24th. Rides include the legendary carousel, which is valued at $1 million, has hand-carved horses.
Kiddieland will also auction a ride called the Roto-Whip.
