Teen falls onto CTA tracks

November 18, 2009 (CHICAGO) It happened at the Addison Station along the Kennedy Expressway.

The teen is in serious condition at Children's Memorial Hospital but authorities say the teen did not come in contact with the third rail.

Power was shut off while police investigated the fall but it has just been restored.
