The Chicago broadcasting and print media community joined the American Red Cross of Greater Chicago and Hewitt Associates in the effort to help those facing the devastating aftermath of the Haitian earthquake.
The 18-hour drive was run out of a phone bank of volunteers in north suburban Lincolnshire.
