A chain of grocery stores is offering employees deeper discounts if they are healthy. Whole Foods employees already receive a 20 percent discount. But those who take part in a voluntary health program will receive 30 percent off products. If they pass health screenings including weight, blood pressure, body mass index and cholesterol.

The CEO of Whole Foods hopes the program will help reduce the company's health care costs.
